About
I would be happy to give you a formal introduction.
Who am I?
I have been a professional multidisciplinary artist working in several industries for over two decades. During the time I strengthened my skills as a creative, I simultaneously explored my identity and the experiences that molded the way I express myself in the world. The culmination of this journey has gifted me with an understanding of the human condition as it relates to trauma as well as the ability to sympathize with patterns of behavior arising from symptoms of grief.
-
After many years of sharing my personal truth in public and private settings, I have developed an expert perceptiveness for recognizing how to assist others communicate their truth using the most impactful storytelling tactics. Distilling a story into its most evocative form is my passion; receiving an invitation to collaborate with others in this process is a privilege.
-
I am currently available for immediate collaborations in the form of story development, concept design, custom tattoo design, and intuitive coaching.
-
I am located in San Diego, California for any in-person collaborations. For those of you further afield, virtual meetings or phone conversations can be scheduled via email.
-
One of the most indisputable truths I have learned is the intrinsic need for genuine human connection. Connection may articulate itself through a myriad of forms, but my favorite way to connect with humanity is through storytelling that compassionately exalts our lesser known and trivialized survival instincts enacted in the face of trauma. My dream is to give voice to the invisible warriors who courageously defended their right to exist by silently fighting within the shadows of this world and the sanctity of their minds.
-
“My purpose is to remind people of their inherent genius. We are born with the ingenuity to survive any circumstance by adapting ourselves in imaginative and unconventional ways. This evolutionary advantage is what allows us to surpass perceived restrictions. If we realize this fundamental aspect of our humanity, then every person will be free to transcend limitation in order to live a life defined by dignity and prosperity.”
Resume
Art works as an agent, combining our senses in ways that broaden the meaning and significance of our existence.
I am grateful for the opportunity to communicate with art for the enjoyment of others, as I attempt to uncover and understand the dialogue that defines our time and place in history.
-
Work was designed for the function of all people; in the way a gear was designed for the function of an engine.
We are intended to conduct and construct ourselves in a way that propels us towards a common ground, in order to ignite an atmosphere of collective evolution.
